1. RULERSHIP OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST (Messiah) – Confession of the Lord Jesus Christ (Messiah) as the Ruler of Nations, including America !
As stated well by the National Reform Association (http://www.natreformassn.org/) in its Statement of Purpose (#1.), “Jesus Christ is Lord in all aspects of life, including civil government. Jesus Christ is, therefore, the Ruler of Nations, and should be explicitly confessed as such in…” [the Preamble of the United States Constitution].
2. RULE OF LAW – Acknowledgment of God’s Law as the moral foundation of our laws.
Will co-sponsor HR 1070 – Constitution Restoration Act (http://thomas.loc.gov/) removes jurisdiction from US Supreme Court and lower Federal Courts from preventing acknowledgment of God (such as public prayer and Ten Commandments displays). The US Supreme Court stated in Church of the Holy Trinity v. United States (1892), “Christianity, general Christianity, is, and always has been, a part of the common law…not Christianity with an established church… but Christianity with liberty of conscience to all men,” and, “Our laws and our institutions must necessarily be based upon and embody the teachings of the Redeemer of mankind. It is impossible that it should be otherwise; and in this sense and to this extent our civilization and our institutions are emphatically Christian.”
3. DEFEND SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE – Ban all abortion in America.
Will co-sponsor HR 552 – Right to Life Act which recognizes the God-given, legal personhood of all unborn human beings from fertilization, thereby ending ‘legalized’ abortion, and HR 776 – the Sanctity of Life Act of 2005 – which also removes appellate jurisdiction from the US Supreme Court, and removes all jurisdiction from the lower Federal Courts, to review abortion cases, thereby protecting this bill from being overturned by the Federal Judiciary. Will absolutely not vote for HHS Appropriations bills that fund surgical abortion, chemical abortion, and Planned Parenthood, as has incumbent Congressman Joe Wilson, year after year. Joe Wilson has voted to send $100’s of millions of our taxdollars to Planned Parenthood (255,000 abortions/yr).
4. END WAR IN IRAQ – Oppose America’s undeclared, unconstitutional, illegal War in Iraq.
As stated publicly in November 2002 before the commencement of major combat operations in March 2003, I would have OPPOSED the unconstitutional, oath-breaking, Iraq War Resolution passed by Congress, which Joe Wilson voted FOR on October 10, 2002. I support the speedy withdrawal of all American troops from Iraq.
5. SECURE AMERICA’s BORDERS – Support immediate temporary moratorium on immigration.
Secure American borders using US troops withdrawn from the War in Iraq, especially the Mexican border. Enforce immigration laws and deportation of illegal immigrants. Oppose Bush’s amnesty plan for illegal aliens.
6. DEFEND SANCTITY OF MARRIAGE – Prevent sodomite so-called “marriage.”
Support re-passing the Marriage Protection Act passed by US House on July 22, 2004 removing jurisdiction from the US supreme Court and the lower Federal Courts from overturning the Defense of Marriage Act.
7. SAVE AMERICA’s JOBS and MANUFACTURING – Support immediate revocation of America’s involvement in NAFTA, CAFTA, and WTO. Joe Wilson cast a crucial vote to pass CAFTA (HR 3045) in a midnight session vote July 27-28, 2005.
Completely oppose Bush’s FTAA, and the one-worlder CFR’s North American Union, and any New World Order scheme to turn the Western Hemisphere into another E.U.
8. RESTORE AMERICA’s SOVEREIGNTY – Will co-sponsor HR 1146 – American Sovereignty Restoration Act – removes the US from the United Nations; and removes the UN from US soil.
