Executive Order 2009-5 (61kb pdf)

Is God Sending a Message to North Dakota ? And to the Nation ?

Will the ND Senate Judiciary Committee PASS the ND Personhood Bill (HB 1572) when it is reportedly going to take the bill back up for a vote on Monday, March 30, 2009, two days after the Red River has now crested in the vicinity of Fargo ? One national media outlet reporter said these or similar words Sat. AM, March 28: the “Day of Reckoning is almost upon the City of Fargo, North Dakota.”

There is a Day of Reckoning coming also for the State of North Dakota, and for the United States of America. FIVE OTHER STATES are also known to have PERSONHOOD BILLS filed in their State Legislatures, to END (not just regulate) the MURDER OF PRE-BIRTH HUMANS in their mothers’ wombs[Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, Montana, and South Carolina]. The North Dakota House has already made US history by passing the ND Personhood Bill (Feb. 17); becoming the first chamber of a State Legislature to pass a “personhood” bill, with no exceptions. The Montana State Senate became the first chamber of a State Legislature to pass a “personhood” state constitutional amendment on Feb. 26.

FARGO – Thousands of shivering, tired residents got out while they ould and others prayed that miles of sandbagged levees would hold Friday as the surging Red River threatened to unleash the biggest flood North Dakota’s largest city has ever seen.

The agonizing decision to stay or go came as the hours ticked down before an expected crest Sunday, when the ice-laden river could climb as high as 43 feet, nearly 3 feet higher than the record set 112 years ago. [ continued…]

FARGO, N.D. – As North Dakota officials intensified their efforts Saturday to fend off floodwaters, the Red River crested in Fargo below its highest feared level, forecasters said.

The river topped out at 40.82 feet in Fargo, and will start to recede very slowly, taking about a week to go down two feet, they said.

The crest was originally expected Saturday, but then pushed back to Sunday. Forecasters had said the river could go as high as 43 feet.

No major levee breaches or other issues were reported during the night. [ continued…]

Will ND Republican Senator Dave Nething’s six-member Judiciary Committee pass HB 1572
on Monday, 3/30 ? www.legis.nd.gov/assembly/61-2009/senate/standing-comm/

Will the Republican-majority ND Senate then pass the ND Personhood Bill later in the week,
the same week the Red River is now supposed to recede ?

Will the ND Governor, Republican John Hoeven, then sign HB 1572 into law ?

And at each step, without amendment !?
