The e-mail below was publicized on February 7, 2003, almost six weeks before the commencement of hostilities against Iraq, a nation which had not attacked the United States, on March 19, 2003. Congress did not declare war as required by Article I., Section 8. of the US Constitution; the war is therefore unconstitutional, and is therefore illegal; as well as unjustified (no 9-11 connection, no WMD’s),and therefore unnecessary (not a “just” war), and therefore immoral.

Now, four years later, the NWO Establishment elite’s war, executed by their loyal servant President George W. Bush and others, has cost over 3,200 Americans dead, over 23,000 Americans wounded, and tens of thousands of Iraqi’s killed.

INTRODUCTION

The revolutionary development of modern weapons within a world divided by serious ideological differences has produced a crisis in human history. In order to overcome the danger of nuclear war now confronting mankind, the United States has introduced at the Sixteenth General Assembly of the United Nations a Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World.

This new program provides for the progressive reduction of the war-making capabilities of nations and the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions to settle disputes and maintain the peace. It sets forth a series of comprehensive measures which can and should be taken in order to bring about a world in which there will be freedom from war and security for all states. It is based on three principles deemed essential to the achievement of practical progress in the disarmament field:

First, there must be immediate disarmament action:

A strenuous and uninterrupted effort must be made toward the goal of general and complete disarmament; at the same time, it is important that specific measures be put into effect as soon as possible. Second, all disarmament obligations must be subject to effective international controls:

The control organization must have the manpower, facilities, and effectiveness to assure that limitations or reductions take place as agreed. It must also be able to certify to all states that retained forces and armaments do not exceed those permitted at any stage of the disarmament process.

Third, adequate peace-keeping machinery must be established: There is an inseparable relationship between the scaling down of national armaments on the one hand and the building up of international peace-keeping machinery and institutions on the other. Nations are unlikely to shed their means of self-protection in the absence of alternative ways to safeguard their legitimate interests. This can onlybe achieved through the progressive strengthening of international institutions under the United Nations and by creating a United Nations Peace Force to enforce the peace as the disarmament process proceeds.

There follows a summary of the principal provisions of the United States Program for General and Complete Disarmament in a Peaceful World. The full text of the program is contained in an appendix to this pamphlet.

FREEDOM FROM WAR
THE UNITED STATES PROGRAM FOR GENERAL AND COMPLETE DISARMAMENT
IN A PEACEFUL WORLD
SUMMARY
DISARMAMENT GOAL AND OBJECTIVES

The over-all goal of the United States is a free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world which has achieved general and complete disarmament under effective international control; and a world in which adjustment to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations.

In order to make possible the achievement of that goal, the program sets forth the following specific objectives toward which nations should direct their efforts:

The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force;

The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order;

The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements, for the settlement of disputes, and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with the principles of the United Nations; The establishment and effective operation of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework of the United Nations to insure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations.

TASK OF NEGOTIATING STATES

The negotiating states are called upon to develop the program into a detailed plan for general and complete disarmament and to continue their efforts without interruption until the whole program has been achieved. To this end, they are to seek the widest possible area of agreement at the earliest possible date. At the same time, and without prejudice to progress on the disarmament program, they are to seek agreement on those immediate measures that would contribute to the common security of nations and that could facilitate and form part of the total program.

GOVERNING PRINCIPLES

The program sets forth a series of general principles to guide the negotiating states in their work. These make clear that:

As states relinquish their arms, the United Nations must be progressively strengthened in order to improve its capacity to assure international security and the peaceful settlement of disputes; Disarmament must proceed as rapidly as possible, until it is completed, in stages containing balanced, phased, and safeguarded measures; Each measure and stage should be carried out in an agreed period of time, with transition from one stage to the next to take place as soon as all measures in the preceding stage have been carried out and verified and as soon as necessary arrangements for verification of the next stage have been made;

Inspection and verification must establish both that nations carry out scheduled limitations or reductions and that they do not retain armed forces and armaments in excess of those permitted at any stage of the disarmament process; and Disarmament must take place in a manner that will not affect adversely the security of any state.

DISARMAMENT STAGES

The program provides for progressive disarmament steps to take place in three stages and for the simultaneous strengthening of international institutions.

FIRST STAGE

The first stage contains measures which would significantly reduce the capabilities of nations to wage aggressive war. Implementationof this stage would mean that:

The nuclear threat would be reduced:

All states would have adhered to a treaty effectively prohibiting the testing of nuclear weapons. The production of fissionable materials for use in weapons would be stopped and quantities of such materials from past production would be converted to non-weapons uses.

States owning nuclear weapons would not relinquish control of such weapons to any nation not owning them and would not transmit to any such nation information or material necessary for their manufacture.

States not owning nuclear weapons would not manufacture them or attempt to obtain control of such weapons belonging to other states.

A Commission of Experts would be established to report on the feasibility and means for the verified reduction and eventual elimination of nuclear weapons stockpiles.

Strategic delivery vehicles would be reduced:

Strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles of specified categories and weapons designed to counter such vehicles would be reduced to agreed levels by equitable and balanced steps; their production would be discontinued or limited; their testing would be limited or halted.

Arms and armed forces would be reduced:

The armed forces of the United States and the Soviet Union would belimited to 2.1 million men each (with appropriate levels not exceeding that amount for other militarily significant states); levels of armaments would be correspondingly reduced and their production would be limited.

An Experts Commission would be established to examine and report on the feasibility and means of accomplishing verifiable reduction and eventual elimination of all chemical, biological and radiological weapons.

Peaceful use of outer space would be promoted:

The placing in orbit or stationing in outer space of weapons capable of producing mass destruction would be prohibited.

States would give advance notification of space vehicle and missile launchings.

U.N. peace-keeping powers would be strengthened:

Measures would be taken to develop and strengthen United Nations arrangements for arbitration, for the development of international law, and for the establishment in Stage II of a permanent U.N. Peace Force.

An International Disarmament Organization would be established for effective verification of the disarmament program:

Its functions would be expanded progressively as disarmament proceeds.

It would certify to all states that agreed reductions have taken place and that retained forces and armaments do not exceed permitted levels.

It would determine the transition from one stage to the next.

States would be committed to other measures to reduce international tension and to protect against the chance of war by accident, miscalculation, or surprise attack:

States would be committed to refrain from the threat or use of any type of armed force contrary to the principles of the U.N. Charter and to refrain from indirect aggression and subversion against any country.

A U.N. peace observation group would be available to investigate any situation which might constitute a threat to or breach of the peace.

States would be committed to give advance notice of major military movements which might cause alarm; observation posts would be established to report on concentrations and movements of military forces.

SECOND STAGE

The second stage contains a series of measures which would bring within sight a world in which there would be freedom from war. Implementation of all measures in the second stage would mean:

Further substantial reductions in the armed forces, armaments, and military establishments of states, including strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles and countering weapons;

Further development of methods for the peaceful settlement of disputes under the United Nations;

Establishment of a permanent international peace force within the United Nations;

Depending on the findings of an Experts Commission, a halt in the production of chemical, bacteriological and radiological weapons and a reduction of existing stocks or their conversion to peaceful uses; On the basis of the findings of an Experts Commission, a reduction of stocks of nuclear weapons;

The dismantling or the conversion to peaceful uses of certain military bases and facilities wherever located; and The strengthening and enlargement of the International Disarmament Organization to enable it to verify the steps taken in Stage II and to determine the transition to Stage III.

THIRD STAGE

During the third stage of the program, the states of the world, building on the experience and confidence gained in successfullyimplementing the measures of the first two stages, would take final steps toward the goal of a world in which:

States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N. Peace Force.

The U.N. Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments, would be fully functioning.

The manufacture of armaments would be prohibited except for those of agreed types and quantities to be used by the U.N. Peace Force and those required to maintain internal order. All other armaments would be destroyed or converted to peaceful purposes.

The peace-keeping capabilities of the United Nations would be sufficiently strong and the obligations of all states under such arrangements sufficiently far-reaching as to assure peace and the just settlement of differences in a disarmed world.

Appendix

DECLARATION ON DISARMAMENT THE UNITED STATES PROGRAM FOR GENERAL AND COMPLETE DISARMAMENT IN A PEACEFUL WORLD

The Nations of the world,

Conscious of the crisis in human history produced by the revolutionary development of modern weapons within a world divided by serious ideological differences;

Determined to save present and succeeding generations from the scourge of war and the dangers and burdens of the arms race and to create conditions in which all peoples can strive freely and peacefully to fulfill their basic aspirations;

Declare their goal to be: A free, secure, and peaceful world of independent states adhering to common standards of justice and international conduct and subjecting the use of force to the rule of law; a world where adjustment to change takes place in accordance with the principles of the United Nations; a world where there shall be a permanent state of general and complete disarmament under effective international control and where the resources of nations shall be devoted to man’s material, cultural, and spiritual advance;

Set forth as the objectives of a program of general and complete disarmament in a peaceful world:

(a) The disbanding of all national armed forces and the prohibition of their reestablishment in any form whatsoever other than those required to preserve internal order and for contributions to a United Nations Peace Force;
(b) The elimination from national arsenals of all armaments, including all weapons of mass destruction and the means for their delivery, other than those required for a United Nations Peace Force and for maintaining internal order;
(c) The establishment and effective operation of an International Disarmament Organization within the framework of the United Nations to ensure compliance at all times with all disarmament obligations;
(d) The institution of effective means for the enforcement of international agreements, for the settlement of disputes, and for the maintenance of peace in accordance with the principles of the United Nations.

Call on the negotiating states:

(a) To develop the outline program set forth below into an agreed plan for general and complete disarmament and to continue their efforts without interruption until the whole program has been achieved;
(b) To this end to seek to attain the widest possible area of agreement at the earliest possible date;
(c) Also to seek – without prejudice to progress on the disarmament program – agreement on those immediate measures that would contribute to the common security of nations and that could facilitate and form a part of that program.

Affirm that disarmament negotiations should be guided by the following principles:
(a) Disarmament shall take place as rapidly as possible until it is completed in stages containing balanced, phased and safeguarded measures, with each measure and stage to be carried out in an agreed period of time.
(b) Compliance with all disarmament obligations shall be effectively verified from their entry into force. Verification arrangements shall be instituted progressively and in such a manner as to verify not only that agreed limitations or reductions take place but also that retained armed forces and armaments do not exceed agreed levels at any stage.
(c) Disarmament shall take place in a manner that will not affect adversely the security of any state, whether or not a party to an international agreement or treaty.
(d) As states relinquish their arms, the United Nations shall be progressively strengthened in order to improve its capacity to assure international security and the peaceful settlement of differences as well as to facilitate the development of international cooperation in common tasks for the benefit of mankind.
(e) Transition from one stage of disarmament to the next shall take place as soon as all the measures in the preceding stage have been carried out and effective verification is continuing and as soon as the arrangements that have been agreed to be necessary for the next stage have been instituted.
Agree upon the following outline program for achieving general and complete disarmament:

STAGE I

A. To Establish an International Disarmament Organization:
(a) An International Disarmament Organization (IDO) shall be established within the framework of the United Nations upon entry into force of the agreement. Its functions shall be expanded progressively as required for the effective verification of the disarmament program.
(b) The IDO shall have: (1) a General Conference of all the parties; (2) a Commission consisting of representatives of all the majorpowers as permanent members and certain other states on a rotating basis; and (3) an Administrator who will administer the Organization subject to the direction of the Commission and who will have the authority, staff, and finances adequate to assure effective impartial implementation of the functions of the Organization.(c) The IDO shall: (1) ensure compliance with the obligations undertaken by verifying the execution of measures agreed upon; (2) assist the states in developing the details of agreed further verification and disarmament measures; (3) provide for the establishment of such bodies as may be necessary for working out the details of further measures provided for in the program and for such other expert study groups as may be required to give continuous study to the problems of disarmament; (4) receive reports on the progress of disarmament and verification arrangements and determine the transition from one stage to the next.

B. To Reduce Armed Forces and Armaments:
(a) Force levels shall be limited to 2.1 million each for the U.S.and U.S.S.R. and to appropriate levels not exceeding 2.1 million eachfor all other militarily significant states. Reductions to the agreed levels will proceed by equitable, proportionate, and verified steps.
(b) Levels of armaments of prescribed types shall be reduced by equitable and balanced steps. The reductions shall be accomplished by transfers of armaments to depots supervised by the IDO. When, at specified periods during the Stage I reduction process, the states party to the agreement have agreed that the armaments and armed forces are at prescribed levels, the armaments in depots shall be destroyed or converted to peaceful uses.
(c) The production of agreed types of armaments shall be limited.
(d) A Chemical, Biological, Radiological (CBR) Experts Commission shall be established within the IDO for the purpose of examining and reporting on the feasibility and means for accomplishing the verifiable reduction and eventual elimination of CBR weapons stockpiles and the halting of their production.

C. To Contain and Reduce the Nuclear Threat:
(a) States that have not acceded to a treaty effectively prohibiting the testing of nuclear weapons shall do so.
(b) The production of fissionable materials for use in weapons shallbe stopped.
(c) Upon the cessation of production of fissionable materials for use in weapons, agreed initial quantities of fissionable materials frompast production shall be transferred to non-weapons purposes.
(d) Any fissionable materials transferred between countries for peaceful uses of nuclear energy shall be subject to appropriate safeguards to be developed in agreement with the IAEA.
(e) States owning nuclear weapons shall not relinquish control of such weapons to any nation not owning them and shall not transmitto any such nation information or material necessary for their manufacture. States not owning nuclear weapons shall not manufacture such weapons, attempt to obtain control of such weapons belonging to other states, or seek or receive information or materials necessary for their manufacture.
(f) A Nuclear Experts Commission consisting of representatives of the nuclear states shall be established within the IDO for the purpose of examining and reporting on the feasibility and means for accomplishing the verified reduction and eventual elimination of nuclear weapons stockpiles.

D. To Reduce Strategic Nuclear Weapons Delivery Vehicles:
(a) Strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles in specified categories and agreed types of weapons designed to counter such vehicles shall be reduced to agreed levels by equitable and balanced steps. The reduction shall be accomplished in each step by transfers to depots supervised by the IDO of vehicles that are in excess of levels agreed upon for each step. At specified periods during the Stage I reduction process, the vehicles that have been placed under supervision of the IDO shall be destroyed or converted to peaceful uses.
(b) Production of agreed categories of strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles and agreed types of weapons designed to counter such vehicles shall be discontinued or limited.
(c) Testing of agreed categories of strategic nuclear weapons deliveryvehicles and agreed types of weapons designed to counter such vehicles shall be limited or halted.

E. To Promote the Peaceful Use of Outer Space:
(a) The placing into orbit or stationing in outer space of weapons capable c,f producing mass destruction shall be prohibited.
(b) States shall give advance notification to participating states and to the IDO of launchings of space vehicles and missiles, together with the track of the vehicle.

F. To Reduce the Risks of War by Accident, Miscalculation, and Surprise Attack:
(a) States shall give advance notification to the participating states and to the IDO of major military movements and maneuvers, on a scale as may be agreed, which might give rise to misinterpretation or cause alarm and induce counter measures. The notification shall include the geographic areas to be used and the nature, scale and time span of the event.
(b) There shall be established observation posts at such locations as major ports, railway centers, motor highways, and air bases to report on concentrations and movements of military forces.
(c) There shall also be established such additional inspection arrangements to reduce the danger of surprise attack as may be agreed.
(d) An international commission shall be established immediatelywithin the IDO to examine and make recommendations on the possibility of further measures to reduce the risks of nuclear war by accident, miscalculation, or failure of communication.

G. To Keep the Peace:
(a) States shall reaffirm their obligations under the U.N. Charter to refrain from the threat or use of any type of armed force–including nuclear, conventional, or CBR – contrary to the principles of the U.N.Charter.
(b) States shall agree to refrain from indirect aggression and subversion against any country.
(c) States shall use all appropriate processes for the peaceful settlement of disputes and shall seek within the United Nations further arrangements for the peaceful settlement of international disputes and for the codification and progressive development of international law.
(d) States shall develop arrangements in Stage I for the establishment in Stage II of a U.N. Peace Force.
(e) A U.N. peace observation group shall be staffed with a standing cadre of observers who could be dispatched to investigate any situation which might constitute a threat to or breach of the peace.

STAGE II

A. International Disarmament Organization:
The powers and responsibilities of the IDO shall be progressively enlarged in order to give it the capabilities to verify the measures undertaken in Stage II.

B. To Further Reduce Armed Forces and Armaments:
(a) Levels of forces for the U.S., U.S.S.R., and other militarily significant states shall be further reduced by substantial amountsto agreed levels in equitable and balanced steps.
(b) Levels of armaments of prescribed types shall be further reduced by equitable and balanced steps. The reduction shall be accomplished by transfers of armaments to depots supervised by the IDO. When, at specified periods during the Stage II reduction process, the parties have agreed that the armaments and armed forces are at prescribed levels, the armaments in depots shall be destroyed or converted to peaceful uses.
(c) There shall be further agreed restrictions on the production of armaments.
(d) Agreed military bases and facilities wherever they are located shall be dismantled or converted to peaceful uses.
(e) Depending upon the findings of the Experts Commission on CBR weapons, the production of CBR weapons shall be halted, existing stocks progressively reduced, and the resulting excess quantities destroyed or converted to peaceful uses.

C. To Further Reduce the Nuclear Threat:
Stocks of nuclear weapons shall be progressively reduced to the minimum levels which can be agreed upon as a result of the findings of the Nuclear Experts Commission; the resulting excess of fissionable material shall be transferred to peaceful purposes.

D. To Further Reduce Strategic Nuclear Weapons Delivery Vehicles:
Further reductions in the stocks of strategic nuclear weapons delivery vehicles and agreed types of weapons designed to counter such vehicles shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure outlined in Stage I.

E. To Keep the Peace:
During Stage II, states shall develop further the peace-keeping processes of the United Nations, to the end that the United Nations can effectively in Stage III deter or suppress any threat or use of force in violation of the purposes and principles of the United Nations:
(a) States shall agree upon strengthening the structure, authority, and operation of the United Nations so as to assure that the United Nations will be able effectively to protect states against threats to or breaches of the peace.
(b) The U.N. Peace Force shall be established and progressively strengthened.
(c) States shall also agree upon further improvements and developments in rules of international conduct and in processes for peaceful settlement of disputes and differences.

STAGE III

By the time Stage II has been completed, the confidence produced through a verified disarmament program, the acceptance of rules of peaceful international behavior, and the development of strengthened international peace-keeping processes within the framework of the U.N. should have reached a point where the states of the world can move forward to Stage III. In Stage III progressive controlled disarmament and continuously developing principles and procedures of international law would proceed to a point where no state would have the military power to challenge the progressively strengthened U.N. Peace Force and all international disputes would be settled according to the agreed principles of international conduct.

The progressive steps to be taken during the final phase of the disarmament program would be directed toward the attainment of a world in which:
(a) States would retain only those forces, non-nuclear armaments, and establishments required for the purpose of maintaining internal order; they would also support and provide agreed manpower for a U.N Peace Force.
(b) The U.N. Peace Force, equipped with agreed types and quantities of armaments, would be fully functioning.

Dear Men of ‘77,

We live in a different world since September 11, 2001. As just one of the many indications of this, the West Point post that used to be open to the public, has been closed to even USMA graduates unless one has an express stated reason and purpose to enter.

Although the catastrophic events of 9-1-1 were a shock to all of us, the fact of catastrophe of some sort occurring was predictable. Furthermore, the inevitability of greater calamity in the future is an unavoidable certainty, unless this nation changes course, or repents, of its gross rebellion against the Almighty, Sovereign God.

One of America’s founding fathers, George Mason, who is known as the ‘Father of the Bill of Rights,’ made the following statement in the 1787 Constitutional Convention held in Philadelphia, on August 22d: “As nations cannot be rewarded or punished in the next world, they must be in this. By an inevitable chain of causes and effects, Providence punishes national sins by national calamities.” (Read II Kings 24:1-4)

I believe, as do many others, that the multiple calamities which occurred on Sept. 11th were the judgments of Almighty God upon a wicked nation. If you believe that God is Sovereign (which He is), then you must conclude that He either allowed, or caused the disasters in New York City, Washington, D.C., and near Pittsburgh, PA. (Psalm 9:17)

Some of you may be familiar with David Wilkerson, the New York City pastor in The Cross and the Switchblade. He said, that on September 19, standing at Ground Zero before the smoldering five-story-high pile of rubble, he cried inwardly, ‘Oh Lord, if every American could stand here and behold this awful destruction, they could come to the only possible conclusion: God is warning this nation to repent.’

Not only was Sept. 11th a divine judgment, but unless America repents of her great sins against heaven, the foremost of which I believe is the killing of unborn children in the wombs of their mothers (the shedding of innocent blood by abortion), then the United States will be subjected, by God, to further, increasingly calamitous, judgments.

One scenario that seems extremely possible is the attack of Red China, potentially with nukes, upon CONUS. It seems to me that one of the segments of American society that could suffer greatly would be the American military, including the US Army, in whose service we took an oath as officers, i.e., “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,… SO HELP ME GOD.”

Today, our most dangerous enemy is not the terrorists against whom we are waging an undeclared war, but just as Rome fell primarily because of its weaknesses and decay from within, so likewise, America’s most dangerous enemies today are domestic enemies.

My purpose in writing to you, fellow members of USMA 77, is because I believe we have both a duty and the ability to play a significant role in rescuing America from our present path of destruction, which is inevitable as long as we refuse to govern ourselves by “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” (1776 Declaration of Independence).

I see three key areas where we can organize ourselves, those of you who are willing. I propose organizing three committees, within the Class of ‘77, in an attempt, God-willing, to play our rightful role in restoring the Academy, the Army, and our Country. I hope to have the opportunity in our 3PM Class Meeting, Friday, 6 Sept to make such a motion.

1. Committee to Reverse the Feminization of the Academy and the Army
Not that any of us need reminding, but we of course were seniors in July 1976 when the first female new cadets arrived at West Point. Now females are cadet leaders, and women are leading men in the USMA Corps of Cadets, a perversion of God’s design. In 1990, the first female Brigade Commander was appointed. May God forgive us for failing to uphold His standards and created order wherein men, and not women, are to be warriors. This is a national security issue because feminization of our Armed Forces makes us weaker militarily.

2. Committee to Resist the New World Order
The oaths of office we took as newly commissioned US Army Second Lieutenants on June 8, 1977 bound us to defend “the Constitution of the United States,” not the United Nations Charter. Incredible as it may sound, there are domestic enemies, in the present administration and in various elected and appointed positions in all three branches of the federal government, including the military, who are pro-actively laboring to subjugate America into a global, socialist, one-world government. The ramifications are enormous, including the planned disarmament of the United States, and the buildup of a United Nations Military. One of the leading organizations advancing this sovereignty-stealing agenda is called the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). Formed in 1921, the CFR is based in NY City, and it is incredible to see the influence it wields, administration after adminstration, regardless of whether the President is a Republican or Democrat, because of the many key positions CFR members hold (e.g., Cheney, Powell, and Rice (R); as well as Clinton, Shalala, and Carter (D) are all CFR members). 3. Committee to Establish Justice for Unborn Americans
The first duty of civil government is to prevent the shedding of innocent blood. We must seek to establish justice for unborn Americans if we wish to implore divine protection from future calamities and bloodshed (“…bloodshed follows bloodshed.” Hosea 4:2) There are a multitude of ways, means, and methods that USMA ‘77 members can “Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves” (Proverb 31:8), the innocent unborn in our nation whose death toll by surgical abortion alone has reached about 45 million.

Thank you for your consideration. I realize these issues are all controversial. Some of you may support one or two, and not another. However these issues will not go away, and I pray we will deal with them soon – our nation, the Army, and the Academy will suffer greater harm the longer we wait.

Last fall politicians witnessed the desire of the people and Congress was “altered.” Now we, the American people, are seeing the will of the Congress. The human catastrophe that is Iraq has been reduced by our representatives to linguistic quibbles, fanny positioning for the next election, empty and empty-headed resolutions, and a stunning disregard for the desires of the majority of Americans. And they had the time and gall to blame the generals for the execution of the war. Congress had to wait for Rumsfeld to get euthanized before gumption set in. Then, instead of impeaching Bush, they skewered the military, the people who must always say, Thank you sir/madam! Serving proudly!

Who does this Congress work for?

The executive branch continued its arrogant doubletalk. The ship of state has foundered in Iraq. Full speed ahead! said the babbling Bush, who took two months to come up with a so-called plan, fired some generals, then proposed a banal, but poetic, “surge” of troops. (Who makes up these offensive euphemisms?) This surge has been reduced to a series of gradual ascending pulsations, or perhaps intermittent, yet ever upward, mini-exacerbations, intended to crest midyear. Or so the current babble seems to indicate. Of course, the surgeis a phony, a shell game. There are really no fresh troops going in, only tired, demoralized vets who have been there, and many of them more that once. The most powerful army in the world is being destroyed.

Who is this Bush working for?

Meanwhile, Baghdad continues its blood-ridden death rattle. An admiral is in charge of Iraq operations now, perhaps to be nearer his warships in the Strait of Hormuz. And a new army general has been appointed to supervise the “surge.” His former assignment was to train the Iraqi army. Obviously he didn’t have time to finish THAT job. But to help him surge on to victory or “finish the (another) job,” he has built an officer-staff of whiz-kid PhDs, just like himself. If this war had anything to do with brains, we wouldn’t have started it. But there is a nostalgic touch here, frighteningly redolent of MacNamara’s band and Vietnam.

So what, you may ask? This is what. The United States Army is broken. How do we know? The US Army tells us so. Please keep up the great work, says the senior field grade officer in Iraq, now on his second tour. You speak for many of us on active duty, says another. Do something, please, says the parent of a young West Point graduate on active duty in Afghanistan. These people trust us, and we them. Simply put, chaos reigns, morale is lousy, and the troops are fed up. As we told one congressman recently about the plight of an active duty graduate, “When a West Point graduate says ‘I don’t know what to do,’ we, as a nation, are in trouble.”

We have written to Congress, to no avail. We have visited our representatives, to no avail. We have encouraged the new Speaker of the House to impeach the President of the United States, to no avail, and with no response. Our organization has hundreds of West Point and other service academy graduate members. Despite governmental restrictions on political involvement, some of them are on active duty, many with multiple tours of combat duty. They speak from an experience no one, repeat, NO ONE, in government has had. They tell us that our organization and its principles speak for them. We all once swore an oath“to support and defend the Constitution of The United States, against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Though many of us are no longer on active duty, we still bear faith and allegiance to that same oath, as well as to our fellow graduates now actively serving. Indeed, this is a bond that will neither break nor be broken. So speak and write we do. Yet the people we speak to in government seem not to care. They publicly beat their breasts crying SUPPORT THE TROOPS! but it only means billions for defense contracts, not one cent in respect.

Despite Cheney’s hallucinations, this war, fatally flawed morally, legally, and strategically, has been a colossal blunder. So we say again to our armchair war makers in Congress, get our troops, our men and women, out of Iraq, NOW. The war, deceitfully launched by George W. Bush with Congressional approval, has destroyed the reputation and honor of our country, and has severely abused and damaged the United States Army. Such crimes and misdemeanors are grievous. There is a lengthening list of abuses and usurpations that Bush and his government fall heir to. Abasement of the country. Abrogation of the Constitution. Destruction of the army. Clearly this government has been, and remains, destructive to the ends intended by our founding fathers. On issues vital to the survival of our military, our youth, and the honor of our nation, the majority of Americans now stand unrepresented and reduced by the President of the United States and the Congress. Is it not time that we heed the words of Thomas Jefferson and remember, and claim, OUR rights? And then do OUR duty?

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security.

WASHINGTON ­ Defense Secretary Robert Gates expressed displeasure with the Pentagon’s top general Tuesday for criticizing homosexuality, saying such personal opinions have no place in the military.

Gates reacted to comments by Marine Gen. Peter Pace, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, who said in the Chicago Tribune on Monday that he considered homosexual acts to be “immoral.” Pace likened homosexuality to adultery.

During an interview on the Pentagon Channel, Gates declined to give his opinion on the current military policy: “Personal opinion really doesn’t have a place here. … What’s important is that we have a law, a statute that governs ‘don’t ask, don’t tell.’

“That’s the policy of this department, and it’s my responsibility to execute that policy as effectively as we can,” Gates said. “As long as the law is what it is, that’s what we’ll do.”

Pace expressed regret Tuesday for calling homosexuality immoral. In a statement, he said he should have focused more in the interview on the Pentagon’s policy about gays ­ and “less on my personal moral views.”

He did not apologize, which some gay advocacy groups, such as the Service members Legal Defense Network, had demanded.

“Gen. Pace’s comments are outrageous, insensitive and disrespectful to the 65,000 lesbian and gay troops now serving in our armed forces,” the group said in a statement on its website.

ON DEADLINE: Gay rights groups call Pace comments ‘outrageous’

White House spokesman Tony Snow said it’s the Pentagon’s job to enforce the current policy regarding gays in the military. That policy allows gays and lesbians to serve if they keep their sexual orientation private and don’t engage in homosexual acts.

Rep. Marty Meehan said Pace’s comments weren’t “in line with either the majority of the public or the military.” The Massachusetts Democrat has introduced a bill to repeal the current policy.

Pace told the Tribune he supports the policy which prohibits commanders from asking about a person’s sexual orientation.

“I believe that homosexual acts between individuals are immoral and that we should not condone immoral acts,” Pace said Monday. “I do not believe that the armed forces of the United States are well served by a saying through our policies that it’s OK to be immoral in any way.”

Pace became chairman on Sept. 30, 2005. His term expires at the end of September, but he is eligible for two, two-year extensions.

It doesn’t sound like Marine Gen. Peter Pace, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will be supporting any changes to the Clinton-era “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy on gays in the military.

“I believe homosexual acts between two individuals are immoral and that we should not condone immoral acts,” Pace, the president’s top military adviser, said during an interview with the Chicago Tribune. “I do not believe the United States is well served by a policy that says it is OK to be immoral in any way.”

It is inappropriate for the Chairman to condemn those who serve our country because of his own personal bias. He should immediately apologize for his remarks.”

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., told reporters a short time ago that she is “disappointed in the moral judgment that the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff made,” USA TODAY’s Kathy Kiely tells us.

Pelosi also said the military needs all “competent” and “patriotic” Americans and that “the military should carefully consider changing its policy.” She did not, though, answer a question about whether she will introduce a bill to force such a change.

PURPOSE and VISION

The Repentance for Bloodguilt outdoor worship service is a gathering of Christians assembled to join in prayer, praise, worship and the declaring of God’s Word as we:

1) Repent and ask the Lord’s forgiveness for our corporate bloodguiltiness.Bloodguilt is upon us, our city, our state, and all its inhabitants, especially the Church (2 Chron. 7:14), which has failed to love her unborn neighbors as herself, for the over 317,000 unborn children who have been murdered by surgical abortion on South Carolina soil since the wicked and unconstitutional Roe v. Wade supreme Court decision of 1973 (thru 2005), and most likely several times more than that number aborted chemically. Their shed innocent blood pollutes the very ground of our city and state (Nu. 35:33), and cries out to God for divine vengeance and recompensation (Gen. 4:10).

2) Beseech the Lord, to end completely the sin of shedding innocent blood in Columbia and in SC, not by our might and power, but by His Spirit, as HE is already doing closing four abortion centers in the Columbia area, and by closing six other abortion centers in our state (Ps. 24:7-10; Matt.16:18; Ps.110:1).

Johnny Gardner, Voice of the Unborn, Bible in hand, preached one of two messages given during the Repentance for Bloodguilt service. Only nine people total in a State of over 4,000,000 were present at this outdoor worship service, two of whom were from the local ABC TV news affiliate. The second message at this service was preached by Steve Lefemine, Columbia Christians for Life.

There is a great lack of understanding, because there is a great lack of pulpit preaching, about the Biblical doctrine of corporate bloodguilt, and yet the Scriptural Truth that God judges nations that shed innocent blood is already manifesting itself in America (e.g., Columbine H.S., 9-11, foreign invasion of 10-20 Million illegal aliens across America’s southern border), and may one day bring the calamitous devastation which came upon the nation of Judah, beginning in 586 BC, as recorded in 2 Kings 24:1-4: “And the LORD… sent them [pagan nations] against Judah to destroy it, according to the word of the LORD, which He spake by His servants the prophets [God is still speaking by His servants today]. Surely at the commandment of the LORD came this upon Judah,… for the sins of Manasseh [earlier king who practiced witcraft and child-sacrifice], according to all that he did; And also for the innocent blood that he shed: for he filled Jerusalem with innocent blood; which the LORD would not pardon.”

[ So when are Congress and the President going to use the power they have had for the last 34+ years to END Abortion in America in One Week by limiting the appellate jurisdiction of the US supreme Court ? Why didn’t the Republican-majority US House, the Republican-majority US Senate, and the Republican US President pass HR 776 (http://thomas.loc.gov/) in the 109th Congress (2005-2006) ? Because our Congress and President are wicked and cowardly. And because God gives us the leaders we deserve (Isaiah 3:12). We have politicians instead of Christian statesmen in office, and we have wicked laws instead of God’s moral law, because the Church of Jesus Christ in America is lacking in faith, knowledge, obedience, courage, discipleship, discernment and obedience ! Take for example, the “common wisdom” among foolish, worldly, undiscipled evangelical Christians, of “voting for the lesser of two evils” – this is but worldly, carnal and demonic – the Scripture clearly shows that God has called us to “holiness” (e.g., 1 Peter 1:16), not any so-called “lesser” form of evil ! God has not called us to “evil,” period ! He has called us to holiness ! And so over 1 Million prebirth children are slaughtered every year ! When the Church of Jesus Christ in America learns how to fight with the spiritual weapons that He has given us, then HE, God, will give us the victory ! It’s HIS battle ! ]

So when is the US Congress going to pass HR 300 and END child-murder-by-abortion ? When are the State Legislatures going to pass the state-level bills that recognize legal “personhood” for the “fetus” at fertilization ( thus satisfying the formula in Roe v. Wade for collapsing the pro-abortion argument, as documented right in the text of Roe itself ! ) and ban abortion ?

SPECIFIC PRAISE and PRAYER REQUESTS

1) Praise God for closing 10 major abortion centers in our state, leaving three major abortion mills in SC.

2) Praise God for reducing by 52% the number of abortions committed annually in SC since the peak in ’88; while asking him to reverse the increase of abortions in SC (150) from 2004 to 2005.

3) Repent before God for our corporate bloodguiltiness.

REPENT AMERICA – JESUS is the Standard

If child-murder-by-abortion were to end today in America, there would stillremain the need to REPENT for all the innocent blood which has been already shed (over 47 Million murdered by surgical abortion alone, not counting the likely multiple times that number chemically aborted by dual action contraceptive/abortifacient “birth control” pills, Depo-Provera, etc., ad nauseam).

Bloodshed following bloodshed (e.g., gang, domestic, and school violence), foreign invasion (e.g., 10 to 20 million illegal Mexican and other aliens through our intentionally undefended southern border), and our nation being turned over to tyranny, are all scripturally predictable consequences of our ongoing murder of innocent children in the wombs of their mothers.

The shedding of innocent blood is the root cause of the loss of national security, the terrorist attacks, the invasion by illegal aliens, and the loss of our civil liberties (e.g., the so-called “Patriot Act”). That is why the answer must start with REPENTANCE to God, because we have sinned against HIM, and HE now has become our enemy, turning us over to our human oppressors and enemies here on earth. That’s how He works.

But we have blind leaders being followed by a blind people in America, and it is neither a Church nor Civil Government priority to bring child-murder to an end… when it could be ended in a week, because Congress has the power to limit the appellate jurisdiction of the US supreme Court ! Just listen to the 2007 Legislative Priorities of both State and Federal leaders, both legislative and executive, and you will see there is a normally a total absence of even any mention of the murder of 3,000 plus pre-birth human beings PER DAY in America.

The level of blindness is astounding. And it’s the same in the Church – which is actually more responsible and culpable than civil government. Slavery in America ended in 1865 with the passage of the 13th Amendment. This monument on the grounds of the SC State House was not dedicated until over 136 years later. Likewise, in the case of State-protected child-murder-by-abortion, an effort is being made, to not only END the wicked practice of child-murder-by-abortion by passing the Right to Life Act of SC (H.3284), but also to erect a monument as a memorial to the South Carolina children whose lives have already been ended before their birth. When child-murder-by-abortion ends one day in America (when pro-life Christians stop following the false lead of the Roman-Catholic-Bishop-founded National Right to Life Committee, in incessantly finding new ways to “regulate” child-murder, instead of applying God’s requirement for Biblical “Justice” (i.e., capital punishment for abortionist-murderers and the end of abortion), there will still remain the need for the Nation, the States, the Churches, Families, and individuals, throughout America, to Repent, because if child-murder-by-abortion were to end TODAY (March 9, 2007), there would still be a need to REPENT for the 47 Million+ already murdered (and this does not count the likely multiple tens of millions aborted chemically by “birth control” pills, Depo-Provera, etc., etc., etc.).

The 13th Amendment stopped the perpetration of the sin and crime of American slavery, but that’s not the same as repenting, saying we as a nation are sorry, for what had already been done during 250 years of “unrequited toil,” as Lincoln said, from the early days of colonial Jamestown, VA (founded in 1607), prior to 1865.

The Southern Baptist Convention repented in its 1995 national convention in Atlanta, GA, for slavery and racism. Just recently, in February 2007, the Virginia state legislature has also now apologized:

National Right to Life and the Republican Party are wrong. The composition of the US supreme Court is not what has to change to end abortion. If the Christians of America would simply read Article III., Section 2. of their own national covenant, the US Constitution, perhaps they would understand that Congress and the President have had the power to end abortion in America in a week’s time, for now almost 34 years !
